HOPE Network for Single Mothers is honored to be selected as a Green Bay Packers Foundation Impact Grant Recipient.
This funding will help expand our mission of supporting single mothers and their children throughout Milwaukee by providing essential resources, educational opportunities, and life-changing programs that create stronger families and brighter futures.
Through this generous investment, we will be able to increase our reach, enhance our services, and continue empowering mothers with the support they need to thrive.

Our Mission
HOPE Network’s mission is to empower women parenting independently in Milwaukee and its surrounding areas by offering resources to cultivate self-reliance and foster resilient families.
Supporting Mothers, Nurturing Futures
Together, we’ve built more than numbers—we’ve built community, hope, and lasting change. Since 2023, we’ve welcomed 150 new members into our community—women who are strong, resilient, and committed to creating better lives for their children. Our typical member is 34 years old and raising two children, often doing so alone but never unsupported.
The majority of the mothers we serve live in Milwaukee’s 53209, 53218, 53216, and 53208 zip codes—neighborhoods full of strength, potential, and the stories we’re proud to be part of.
